Mozambique: 'Case not against Muslims' - judge to accused in Cabo Delgado trial

The Minister of Defence, Atanásio Salvador M’tumuke, will today chair the closing ceremony of a basic Civil Service training course at the Montepuez Training Center in Cabo-Delgado.
A press release issued by the Defence Ministry indicates that the end of the course is an important milestone in fulfilling one of the pillars of the Government’s Five-Year Program 2015-2019, to wit the training of human capital for the National Defence sector.
The Civil Service of Mozambique, created by Law No. 16/2009 of 10 September, consists of the exercise of administrative, assistance, cultural and economic activities, replacing or complementing military service for all citizens not subject to military duties.
The event will be attended by members of the provincial government, family members of the graduates, local population and guests, the note details.Source: O País
