The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, today urged the National Migration Service (SENAMI) to give its contribution so that excessive bureaucracy is not an obstacle to attracting investment and tourism in the country.
Filipe Nyusi was speaking this Monday, in Maputo, at the patenting ceremony of Fulgêncio Lucas Muti Seda, promoted to the rank of Commissioner – Head of Migration, and of Sílvia Matilde da Conceição Maholela, who rose to the rank of Migration Commissioner, both at the level of commission officers.
The President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence and Security Forces. urged SENAMI to tighten the siege on illegal immigration, improve internal control “and discipline to identify and neutralize the internal foci of facilitating illegal immigration, facilitating documents and corruption”.
