Mozambique Elections: Frelimo announced winner in Maputo

The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, will this Tuesday participate, from the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, in the the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Extraordinary Troika Summit of the Organ for Politics Defence and Security Cooperation Plus Personnel Contributing Countries and the Republic of Mozambique.
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) Extraordinary Organ Troika Summit, which is held online and includes countries that are contributing military personnel to the SADC Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM), is assessing the progress achieved by SAMIM since the extension of its mandate at the Extraordinary Summit in Lilongwe, Malawi, as well as formulating guidelines on the future of the mission, a communiqué received at the Radio Mozambique newsroom indicates.
Personnel Contributing Countries to SAMIM are; Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
President Nyusi will be accompanied in the Troika Summit by the Ministers of National Defence, Cristóvão Artur Chume; of the Interior, Arsénia Félix Felicidade Massingue; by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Manuel José Gonçalves; and members of staff of the Presidency of the Republic and other state institutions.
