Mozambique Transport and Communications Minister arrives in Zimbabwe

The President of the Republic of Mozambique, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, has arrived in Ghana on Sunday for a four-day state visit, ending Wednesday 25 May 2022.
President Nyusi was met on arrival at the Jubilee Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Accra by Ghana’s Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.
President Nyusi will officially commence his visit with a meeting with Ghana’s President Akufo-Addo, at the Jubilee House this Monday 23 May 2022.
The President will also pay a visit and lay a wreath at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.
Also on the agenda of the visit of the Head of State is participating alongside President Akufo-Addo inthe opening ceremony of the African Development Bank Group’s 2022 Annual Meetings, being held from 23-27 May in Accra. President Nyusi will also pay a courtesy visit to the AfCFTA (African Continental Free Trade Area) Secretariat, as well as to the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana.
On this State Visit, President Nyusi is accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Verónica Macamo; the Minister of Economy and Finance, Max Tonela; the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Celso Correia; by the Deputy Minister of State Administration and Public Service, Inocêncio Impissa; deputies of the Assembly of the Republic; members of staff of the Presidency of the Republic and other State institutions.
