Restaurants in hotels can continue to serve hotel guests after 6:00 p.m., INAE General Inspector Rita Freitas said during a webinar with the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique (CTA), held on Thursday to clarify the new measures implemented under the State of Public Calamity decree.
But when it comes to the general public, hotel restaurants must observe the 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. operating hours applicable to other establishments.
Rita Freitas also clarified that the measure applies to tourist establishments with the Clean & Secure Seal, a certificate certifying compliance with Covid-19 health protocols granted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism [MICTUR].
