Mozambique: Health Ministry denies Administrative Tribunal audit

Mozambique’s Minister of Economy and Finance, Adriano Maleiane, is participating, from today until Friday, in the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 7) in Yokohama, Japan, a government communique cited by Lusa reads.
The Mozambican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation says that Minister Maleiane is representing the head of state, Filipe Nyusi, at the conference.
The meeting is being attended by several African heads of state and Japanese government officials, who together hope to “identify programs and areas of intervention that can accelerate the economic development of African countries through the adoption of a cooperative action plan for next three years (2020-2022).”
In addition to the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Mozambican delegation is composed of 30 national business persons.
TICAD 7 takes place under the motto, “Advancing Africa’s development through people, technology and innovation”.
