The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MITESS) issued a statement on Tuesday reporting the suspension of six foreign Moza Banco workers because the law had not been observed in the manner of their hiring.
Moza Banco reacted yesterday, stating that the people listed in the MITESS statement are not among its staff members.
The institution also states that it respects the laws in force in the country, adding that it would “never consciously condone any violation of the legal established framework “, and therefore would “immediately trigger legal mechanisms with the competent authorities so that the facts are duly reinstated”.
