The Municipal Council of Maputo has announced that, as a result of the US-Africa Business Summit being held in Maputo from the 19th to 21st of this month, circulation on Avenida Marginal between Avenue Osvaldo Salatiel Tanzama (next to the old Penha Palhota restaurant) and Palmar Street (where the former fish market ‘mercado do peixe’ was located) will be limited between the 18th and 21st of this month.
As an alternative, drivers may take Rua do Palmar, for those coming from the Costa do Sol, following through Julius Nyerere Avenue to the Destacamento Feminino square and go down Osvaldo Salatiel Tanzama Avenue or continue along Julius Nyerere.Source: O País
