The Municipality of Matola plans to allocate around 20,000 DUATs (land use right titles) this year, a target almost double the 11,000 granted in 2017.
Matola mayor Calisto Cossa, made the announcement during the launch of the forthcoming celebrations of Matola’s 46th anniversary of its elevation to city status.
The DUATs will be distributed to the residents of the three municipal administrative posts: Matola-sede, Machava and Infulene.
