The Minister of Finance is travelling to China, Radio Mozambique reports today. According to the report, “the Mozambican government is seeking funding in China to increase the productive capacity of the private sector”.

“We will indicate projects, and they will come here not as creditors but as investors.
We are aiming more at an investor relationship. We will be looking into this and making assessments on what needs to be done to make the process move faster,” he said.
