President Nyusi also appointed Arsénia Felicidade Félix Massingue as Minister of the Interior and Constantino Alberto Bacela as Minister in the President’s Office.
Arsenia Massingue is the first Mozambican woman to occupy the top job in the security forces. She is the new minister of interior. In her previous job, she was the national director of Migration. I hope she continues to be efficient, human oriented and flexible in her new role pic.twitter.com/FZwWpNYk6X
