The return of stand-up comedian Pedro Muiambo
Pedro Muiambo was born in Mozambique, and has a degree in Administration and Cultural Studies. He is a writer, screenwriter and comedian. As a writer he published namely: “Bestiário” (1999), a collection of texts of humor and satire under the stamp of "Ndjira" (Mozambique); “Hawu-Hawu – Uma aventura na selva” (2001), children's story by Ndjira (Mozambique); “O dia não está para bruxa” (2004), children's story by Texto Editores (Mozambique) and “Enfermeira da bata negra” (2004), romance by Campo das Letras (Portugal).
As a screenwriter and copywriter he has the following:
2016–Screenwriter and director of radiospots, videospots and minifilm on the use of micronutrients powder for children, for the NGO GAIN Mozambique;
2014-2015–Screenwriter for "Ouro Negro" Radionovela for UNICEF Mozambique;
2011-40 texts for Cartoons, with Sergio Zimba, for the HOPEM Network on the rights of women;
2011–Theatrical guide to adaptation of the lyric piece of Wagner on the Grail legend for the association Graal Mozambique;
2010–30-episode co-author on HIV / AIDS prevention for N'weti NGO;
2008–Co-author of the 16-episode radio soap opera, on domestic violence, sexual and reproductive rights of women for the N'weti NGO.
As a comedian has a record of three major "stand up comedy" shows, namely: "Dolorix humorix", at Associação Cultural Casa Velha; "Republic of Ducks or Bananas" at Teatro Avenida.
