About the play
The Christmas of José and Maria is an original text by Gigliola Zacara that seeks to help children, adolescents and young people understand the true meaning of Christmas. The magic of the Theater to pass on a message of family, faith, hope and friendship with festive spirit accompanying the month of December.
José and Maria's Christmas is a dialogue between two children about the meaning of Christmas and what it represents. José believes that this is a time to win and give gifts while for Maria, December 25 marks the birthday of a boy named Jesus. And from this difference of opinion, the two are engaged in a great dialogue with the aim of understanding what is really celebrated at this time of year and its importance for their lives.
