Daniel Chapo warns that climate change is global and calls for stronger multilateralism

Calisto Moisés Cossa, who recently left office after two terms as president of the Municipal Council of the City of Matola, has been appointed to serve as administrator of the border district of Matutuine, in Maputo province.
Cossa will replace Júlia Mwitu, who, according to sources, will soon move to Tete to run Mágoè National Park.
