Mozambique's Tax Authority looking for more than 56 billion meticais in 2nd quarter
From August this year, electronic transactions in Mozambique will be made through an electronic certification system. this will guarantee the quality of services provided to consumers and reduce fraud and tax evasion.
The state Electronic Certification System is currently in the public debate phase and is expected to be implemented within two months.
The project has been underway since 2017 within the framework of cooperation between the European Union and Portuguese-speaking countries, with the aim of improving the provision of public services in these countries.Source: TVM
