Child in Tete lives in chains for 10 years
A Chinese woman was kidnapped in Boane district, Maputo Province and released five days later, after a ransom was paid.
Last Friday, a gang of unidentified individuals, armed with guns and currently at large, abducted a Chinese citizen who manages a brick factory located in the Municipal Village of Boane, Maputo province.
The victim was restored to freedom five days later, after payment of an unspecified ransom. She says she was subjected to no ill treatment during the days she was held captive.
The manager’s five days of forced absence left employees at the brick factory worried and desolate.
